General Terms, Warnings, and Disclaimer

1. PREAMBLE

The programs « Detox Renaissance », « Starter Detox », « Metabolic Reset » and « Complete Transformation » (hereinafter « the Programs ») are edited and operated by Cellular MetaboRise LLC, a company registered in New Mexico, USA. By accessing, purchasing, or using the Programs, you (the « Participant ») accept these terms without reservation.

2. NATURE OF THE PROGRAM / NO MEDICAL ADVICE

The content of the Programs (documents, videos, protocols, dietary recommendations, supplements, exercises, audios, etc.) is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

• It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or prescription.
• The Programs do not replace consultation with a doctor or any other qualified healthcare professional.
• Before changing your diet, lifestyle habits, or undertaking fasting or supplementation, consult your doctor if you are undergoing treatment, pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a medical condition.

3. ACCEPTANCE OF RISKS

The Participant acknowledges being solely responsible for their health and choices. By following the Programs, they voluntarily accept the potential risks associated with dietary changes, fasting practices, exercise, or supplementation.

Cellular MetaboRise LLC shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the application of the Programs.

4. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

The results mentioned (weight loss, energy improvement, hormonal balance, athletic performance, etc.) are given as examples only and may vary depending on the individual. No specific results are guaranteed.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cellular MetaboRise LLC disclaims all liability for:

• direct or indirect damages, loss of revenue, injuries, or health problems related to the use of the Programs;
• any incorrect, incomplete, or non-compliant use with the provided instructions.

6. INDEMNIFICATION

The Participant agrees to indemnify and protect Cellular MetaboRise LLC against any claim, cost, or expense (including attorney fees) arising from the use of the Programs or a breach of these terms.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content (texts, visuals, audios, videos, guides, protocols, logos, trademarks) is protected by intellectual property law and remains the exclusive property of Cellular MetaboRise LLC.

Any reproduction, modification, or distribution without written authorization is strictly prohibited.

8. PERSONAL DATA

Data collected within the framework of the Programs is processed by Cellular MetaboRise LLC solely for the provision of the service, billing, and customer communication. It is neither sold nor shared without prior consent, except as required by law. The Participant retains the right to access, rectify, and delete their data (GDPR if user is based in the EU).

9. WITHDRAWAL / REFUNDS

Online purchases of digital programs are generally subject to a 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the European Union.

However, in case of immediate access to content after payment, the Participant acknowledges waiving this right of withdrawal. The applicable refund policy is specified at the time of purchase.

10. APPLICABLE LAW & JURISDICTION

These terms are governed by the law of New Mexico (USA).

Any dispute relating to the Programs shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New Mexico, unless mandatory legal provisions state otherwise.

11. ACCEPTANCE

By proceeding with payment and accessing the Programs, the Participant declares to have read, understood, and accepted these clauses without reservation.
